Lifespan Medical Centre Limited is a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act Cap 486 laws of Kenya, the company was established in the year 2015. The company has two shareholders who are all the Directors. Our main core business is to provide timely and efficient medical services and out patient on a wide range of services among them general and specialized treatments and consultations.

Our senior management is comprised of highly experienced professionals with over 30 years of experience in medical services and related business. The company also employs well qualified and experienced managers to oversee sales, marketing, recruitment, finance & administration and other operational areas for professional management of the business and provision of efficient services.

Our aim is to convert private medical services into an exciting, affordable and easily accessible to both the low and middle-income earners. Our objective is to transform our business into a profitable venture for our shareholders, business partners and other stakeholders using new strategic business opportunities and technology partnerships and also growing into a one stop shop for all medical services and equipment.

The company per say is financially stable. It is able to comfortably cover its overheads and makes some good profits. The last valuation a year ago the same was valued at Kshs. 50,000,000. The hospital has an annual turnover of Kshs. 15,000,000.
The hospital is managed by a board that includes the shareholders who are also the directors together with a resident doctor. One of the directors is also the chief executive Officer and oversees the running of the hospital while the other offers his wide experience in marketing and business and out sources clients from corporate bodies and also engages other right-minded organizations in planning and participation in communal works, charity and medical camps all in the name of corporate social responsibility.
The company has employed security officers from a reputable firm and also secured all its assets against any loss that may occur by having an equipment and asset cover from one of the leading insurance companies. Over and above that it is also insured against professional negligence and has an indemnity to that effect.
The company runs various bank accounts with different financial institution, and in line with the law it does maintain proper books ok accounts with its annual audit being done by a reputable firm of audits. The company is up to date with the filing of annual returns and tax returns with the Kenya revenue Authority.
